This mod was designed to disable the normal skill progression entirely, to complement SXP - Skyrim Experience Mod. There are no other changes than the disabling of skill progression, and this mod obviously needs to be loaded after any other mod that changes the Skills in any way. My personal recommendation is to put it as the absolutely last mod entirely, obviously enough.
It has no known conflicts with anything, including other skill mods, perk mods and whatnot, though there seems it might be a miniscule glitch I haven't worked entirely around; seems the first time you use each skill, you get a whole rank up... But only the once. Outside of that, it seems to be working precisely as intended, with no further skill increases outside trainers, books or the SXP menu.
Please enjoy responsibly, and I'd REALLY recommend running it with SXP so your character can actually advance in levels. ;)
