Escape Helgen and find at the exit a burned body with some stolen items that will be helpfull
for a magic start. Or sell the items to get some extra starting money.
Its not overdone, I think, but its your gameplay.....

Escaping Helgen and then at the cave exit you can find a burned body of an unlucky thief that faced a deadly dragon
You can loot this body and do whatever you like.
There is a small jewelbox and a knapsack also nearby with some items.
The Magic Force is a ring that boosts your magic regeneration to 300 and your carry weight to 300
Beware, I did nothing to improve your health or health regeneration.
The items in the knapsack contains a book with a much stronger firebolt tome. If you think its to strong than change it in creation kit.
On PC, fast travel via console command: cow tamriel 2 -18
