This mod basically unlocks ALL the shouts. I've always been very lazy to get all those shouts...
You will still need to unlock them tough! So it's not COMPLETELY cheated
simply extract the file into your skyrim main folder (where TESV.exe is located) folder.
USE: 1.) Open the console by pressing ยง 2.) Type: bat addshouts 3.) Enjoy
