The Axe of Hakon One-Eye
When Hakon One-Eye banished Alduin from time at the top of the Throat of the World, his mighty Axe passed down through generations,
stolen, found, buried and lost. And now it finds its way back to skyrim once again. Do you have what it takes to retrieve ancient artifact
and restore it to its former glory? Are you the next hero to wield the Axe from legends?
Unfortunately, only the Axe head survived the flow of time. And its up to You, to carve a new handle worthy of an ancient relic.
Axe comes with three handle variants, birch and cherry wood for 1H and dark oak wood for 2H.
Each handle can remain bare, or be wrapped and/or studded. Which makes 12 posible variants You can chose from.
Head to the Wreck of the Brinehammer west of Dawnstar to start short quest and begin your search for ancient artifact. (quest is short and straightforward and detail walkthrough can be found in ReadMe).
Once you retrieve the head, you can reforge it at any forge under steel section. You need 1 firewood to carve handle,
2 or 4 leather strips for wrapping (depends if you want 1H or 2H) and 1 steel ingot for studding.
All versions are upgradable and enchantable and damage is equal to skysteel war/battle axe.
Axe head is inspired by 10th century viking axes. Both 2k textures and meshes are custom made from scratch
At the end, I would like to give huge thanks to my girlfriend, who designed and drawed engravings on axe head and studding.

Optional desaturated version - Standalone - if your ENB causes axe handles to be way to bright, or you just don't like them as colorful as they are, you can download optional version containing desaturated textures. You do not need the main file.

I sincerely apologize to anyone who downloaded the 1.0 version. There was an error on my side as I have uploaded not working beta version instead of tested and working final version. Everything should be fixed now.
1.1 - Fixed quests triggers and engravings texture on axe head. Added optional objective to acquire book describing the history and legend of Axe of Hakon One-Eye.
