I felt that if you can cast a rune spell then as long as you have the magica available you should be able to cast multiple runes.

Now you too can cast multiple runes of the same element. as long as you have the magica you can fill a room with them.
While I can't actually remove the limit entirely, 4 is not the maximum that can be cast as the name would suggest. the limit is currently reset to 20.
