Adds more dogs all over Skyrim like in real life from randomly finding them out in the wilderness evn some that will try to kill you to meeting them in towns and making them your companion. All the companion dogs are named while the rest are not except for a few regular dogs in towns. Not every town has a dog yet but more should be coming in the next update. Enjoy all the dogs!
