Hawk Hideaway is a multiple adoption and multiple follower friendly playerhome in Dragon Bridge. As it is in a town it doesn't have a map marker on its own, you discover Dragon Bridge and find this home behind the sawmill next to the waterfall. Outside next to the main entrance there is your woodchopping block. Inside on the lowest (entrance) level there is a small hall with arcane enchanter and staff enchanter, the smith room with all smithing stuff including a smelter, and a follower room with three beds. On the second level there is the alchemy table, the children's bedroom with six beds, and the master bedroom with the door to the bathroom. Regarding the bathroom, bathing there won't make you cleaner because I don't know how to make it compatible with needs mods, as I don't have any needs mods downloaded. At the third level there is the kitchen with cooking pot and oven, and the door to the balcony with the apiary. There are several storages in the home, all safe except the apiary. All nine shrines plus Shrine of Nocturnal are in the home. Fully navmeshed, requires all DLCs.

Version2: 2 weapon plaques downstairs next to the main door, a christmas tree in the children's room (ornaments are togglable on and off by activating the planter, by default they are disabled), now you can sit on the side of the master bed, and the bathroom makes npcs nude. The player has to undress manually.
