This is so that you can test your self-made, stand-alone items to see what their base stats are and what their maximum achievable, under normal gameplay, in game stats will be.  For Example the "- Mod Testor - One Handed Ring" makes a base level Iron Sword change from 8 damage to 21 damage simply by putting on that ring.  The "- Mod Testor - Heavy Armor Necklace" makes a base level Iron Armor cuirass change from 27 armor to 137 armor simply by putting on that necklace.  So if you want to create a stand-alone item that has adjusted values in the game; but you don't want your item to be over powered in game, the items in this mod will allow you to test your values in game with a lvl 1 Player Character and see the equivalent values your item will have on a lvl 80+ Player Character without loading separate save files!!!!

This mod uses NO Textures, NO Meshes, and NO Added Items; all the items are "stand-alone" in game items : So you can download this mod and activate it when you need it and deactivate when you do not need it!  It stores very nicely without altering gameplay in anyway while deactivated.  Even though the concept is very very simple I have put a lot of extra effort into making the mod very user friendly and very very community compatible with all other known mods and have designed it to be able to be activated and deactivated easily.  So if you're not going to use it now, you can just download it now and store it for later use!  Then simply activate this mod with your mod to use with a "test character" to check and ensure your mod's item values don't end up too overpowered at their maximum achievable stats.  This is my own personal tool, that I'm sharing with all you good people, to enjoy it as much as I do!

*I want to make perfectly clear that this mod is not intended for gameplay playthrough.*  Rather it is intended for mod building, mod designing, and mod testing of "Item Mods."  The values of enchanted items in this mod are designed specifically to achieve an in game maximum of the modified value respectively.  An Example is: the maximum enchantment one can get on an inventory item for "Alchemy" potion creating in the game is: 29% per inventory item.  Using five items of 29% enchantment: "Alchemy" Falmer Helmet 29%, "Alchemy" Circlet 29%, "Alchemy" Gloves 29%, "Alchemy" Necklace 29%, "Alchemy" Ring 29% : the maximum potion strength one can make in game is: 147%, especially for Smithing Potions.  So the items in this mod are designed for testing normal gameplay only; and add in game maximum values to a level one player for testing purposes only.

I have included a far unusual 12 minute (720 seconds) duration on test potions: the duration is set for testing purposes.  Adequate time to test out created items' usefulness in the game.  Every enchantment modifier in the game that modifies strength and power has been placed into this mod and set to normal gameplay maximum lvl 80+ Player Character averages.  Items which do not modify these values directly are not helpful for testing purposes and have been omitted from the mod.  I have included also a single Smithing Perk enhancement item which grants 116% Smithing Bonus: the equivalent of a maximum enchantment of 29% on four items in game.  I have done this with Alchemy as well, but with the equivalent of five items as mentioned afore.  Unable to achieve the desired enchantment for "Enchanting" I made one item that gives an Enchanting Perk value of: 100 or 105 total, respective of the player race chosen; but once you use the enchantment, the value will be skewed due to leveling up enchanting skills, so it is a one try test, then reload save, item - sorry there is no enchantment bonus like Alchemy and Smithing in the game.  A matter of fact, there is no built-in "Enchantment" bonus in the actual gameplay, it is found in the Creation Kit only, unused by Bethesda; I simply applied the unused enchantment script to a stand-alone "test" robe!

Speaking of "Test Robes" I have added some extra special effects to some otherwise common and ordinary robes for your personal enjoyment while conducting tests on your mod items! -- See the Last Page of Images on here for a preview of this mod's unique robe effects.

**This Mod Requires NO DLC, no extra files, no scripts, no textures, no meshes: everything was made using built-in Bethesda content under "vanilla" Skyrim conditions!  The entire mod uses only one .esp file!!**

If you would like to create an enchanted ring or necklace which adds a desired enchantment value to said item: I have included in this mod a ring and a necklace of each Mod Testing Item Tool.  So that you can swap a ring for a necklace or a necklace for a ring.  For Example: if you are testing a Heavy Armor Bonus Ring enchanted item that you have made, you can use the "Heavy Armor Modifier Necklace Tool" to see how much armor perk your ring applies to a level 80+ Player Character and whether or not your ring adds too much buff to the overall armor values in game, or, if you are testing a Heavy Armor Bonus Necklace enchanted item that you have made, you can use the "Heavy Armor Modifier Ring Tool" to see how much armor perk your necklace applies to a level 80+ Player Character and whether or not your necklace adds too much buff to the overall armor values in game.  Please note that you can apply three items of each set in Alchemy and Smithing for an absurd total - try to avoid doing that, it will skew the actual in game value results that you want to inquire of.  Only use One Modifier Tool at a time to get the actual in game values for testing results.  I prefer to use the "Smithing Outfit" or the "Alchemy Robe."  You can however place a "Heavy Armor" necklace on with a "Light Armor" ring to see both results simultaneously.  You can do the same with "One Handed" and "Two Handed."  Just try not to put on more than One type of any specific values testing Item Tool in order to get the correct testing results.

Every Item in this mod is in the Forge: "Misc Menu" and all can be crafted for One Firewood each!!!!

There isn't much else to say really; just to remind the users: This Is A Mod Designer's Tool, not an in game used playthrough mod.  Using this mod for actual gameplay would make your character horrendously over powered and stupidly off balanced with the game!  The enchanted items in this mod are intended solely to display both base values and maximum values of player-created, stand-alone items, for mod building and mod testing of said mod items.

I hope that you guys and gals out there enjoy this Tool Kit!  This is my personal resource for making and testing stand-alone modified items in the game.  I wanted to share it with The Elder Scrolls Community!  The untold value of this tool is invaluable once you get the hang of using it effectively.  Especially the "Smith Skill Levelor !!!!"  Prepare to be mind-blown when you realize the sheer genius behind it, Hehe!

Thank You for using my mods - I make them all for you guys and gals to Enjoy!
