The house can be found at the front of Riverwood. it will look like a trap door which leads down into a bunker.
The house is separated into four rooms. these include the bedroom, the crafting room, the storage room, the garden,
the island, the city room and the pocket follower.
ALL CHESTS ARE SAFE

The bedroom
Includes a bed, a chest a table with all 9 shrines, a fireplace, a cooking pot and a merchant known as the pocket merchant

The crafting room
Includes a forge, a smelter, a tanning rack, a workbench, a grindstone, an alchemy lab, an enchanter and something else im probably forgetting...

The storage room
Filled with labelled chests

The garden
Nearly every plant ingredient in the vanilla game

The Island
Enter from the secret passage in the garden

The city room
A room where you can teleport to any city

Pocket Follower
He can be found outside the pocket house

Pocket Cave
This can be found behind the building on pocket island. the cave is full of skeevers,  spiders, high level bandits
and high level draugr. If you can reach the end there are 3 safes with a nice amount of gold in them.
