Simple change to make ghosts less visible but spookier - made by request of SkyrimFantom.
These are esps, use only one.  They give creepy glowing eyes and edit the shaders and alpha properties of ghosts (and ethereal form if you choose that version).
Simply put in the /skyrim/data folder and make sure it is checked.  That's it.
