Description
This is an add-on to the the Craftable Monk Hoods by Jadak, the hoods have been added cleanly to the leveled list.
V2
The leveled list is completely immersive, hoods are more rare than in the V1 and only the mage types of NPCs have a chance to wear hoods.

-Vampires now have a chance to wear: Black hood, Dark Black hood instead of always wearing no headgear.
-Vaermina devotees now have a chance to wear:Purple Hood instead of always wearing no headgear.
-Forsworn Mages now have a chance to wear: Brown hood, Forsworn Headdress, Forsworn Shaman Helmet(a clone of the Stormcloak officer helmet but renamed immersively) instead of wearing only the Forsworn Headdress.
-Bandit Mages now have a chance to wear: Brown hood, Novice Hood, Grey Hood(at lvl 16+), Apprentice Hood(at lvl 16+), White Hood(at lvl 24+), Adept Hood(at lvl 24+) instead of always wearing no headgear.
-Stormcloak Mages now always wear: Blue hood instead of wearing the default Stormcloak helmet.
-Imperial Mages now always wear: Red hood instead of wearing the default Imperial Light helmet.
-Thalmor Wizard now have a chance to wear: Thalmor Hood(with an unhooded Thalmor robe) instead of wearing hooded Thalmor Robe. (Basically they look the same, but when you loot them the hood and the robe are separate wearables.
-Monks now have a chance to wear: Yellow Hood(with an unhooded Monk robe) instead of wearing hooded Monk Robe. (Basically they look the same, but when you loot them the hood and the robe are separate wearables.
-Hunters(... hunting animals type of hunter) now have a small chance to wear: Green hood, Orange hood, Red hood, Farm headgear(various vanilla farm hat) instead of wearing Farm headgear(various vanilla farm hat).

V1
Bandits, Forsworn and a few town's guards will wear a hood. For instance some solitude guards will wear the red hood which matches the color of their outfit, same for Riften (purple), Whiterun (yellow) and Windhelm (blue). The other major cities were left alone because the colors of the hoods dont match the other guards. The other hoods are scattered among the enemies. The crafting option remains present from the original mod.
Notes:
The archmage hood and the thalmor hood were not added to the enemy leveled list, but the Radiant Raiment will still sell them.
The vanilla Markarth guards would've looked good with green hoods, but certain mods add color matching cloak to the guards, some colors didnt match with the hoods, so I left Markath, Winterhold, etc, untouched. Basically hoods will blend with any guard's cloak no matter which cloak mod you have. As for the other NPCs: Bandits and Forsworn, you can expect the hood to clip with their armor depending on what they are wearing.
