Increases general effect of many shouts by 100%. Also the Amulet of Talos and blessing.

Amulet of Talos - Time between shouts is reduced 40% (original 20%)
Blessing of Talos - Reduces the cooldown time between shouts by 40% (original 20%)
SHOUTS
Animal Allegiance - affects targets up to level 40 (original 20)
Become Ethereal - durations: feim 16, zii 26, gron 36 seconds (originals 8, 13, 18 seconds)
Disarm - affects targets up to level: zun 24, haal 40, viik 60 (originals 12, 20, 30)
Dismay - affects targets up to level: faas 14, ru 30, maar 48 (originals 7, 15, 24)
Elemental Fury - duration 30 seconds (original 15 seconds)
Fire Breath - damage: yol 100, toor 140, shul 180 (originals 50, 70, 90)
Frost Breath - damage: fo 20, krah 28, diin 36 for 5 seconds (originals 10, 14, 18 for 5 seconds)
Ice Form - durations: iiz 30, slen 60, nus 120 seconds with 2 points of frost damage per second to match (originals 15, 30, 60 with 1 point of frost damage per second to match)
Kyne's Peace - affects targets up to level 40 (original 20)
Marked for Death - armor reduction: krii 50, lun 100, aus 150 - health damage: krii 2, lun 4, aus 6 for 60 seconds (originals 25, 50, 75 armor - 1, 2, 3 health)
Unrelenting Force - damage: fus 4, ro 10, dah 20 (originals 2, 5, 10)
(all staggering effect durations of shouts have been increased by 100%)
Giving longer life to some of the thuums. Without going overboard. Also they work better at higher levels and difficulties.
Complications / 'Bugs' - If after receiving the Blessing of Talos from a shrine, and the menu effect reads: "Time between shouts is reduced 20%." It is not true, it actually is 40%. It is only superficial, the written text just has not changed. I did manually change it upon discovery and replaced the file here.
(If another mod you have should change shout recovery rates, mine being a manual override, it probably might remain written as "40%" for others.)
