To install just copy the contents into your Skyrim's data folder in your skyrim installation path. i.e c:/program files(x86)/Skyrim
What it does:
This mod adds The Ocarina of Time from the Zelda series to the game. Equipping the Ocarina grants access to several songs that all have a
unique magical effect, visual effect and they play the actual songs from
the game. You can find the songs under the Powers tab.
PLAYABLE SONGS:
*Epona's Song- Summons your horse or causes it to come running to you.
*Goron Lullaby- Calm hostile creatures and people around you.
*Saria's Song- Causes nearby animals to fight for you.
*Song of Healing- Completely restore your Health, Magicka and Stamina.
*Song of Storms- Causes a huge thunderstorm.
*Song of Time- Slow down time for a short while.
*Sun's Song- Destroy all undead within 20 feet and clear bad weather.
*Zelda's Lullaby- Gives you the ability to open any lock for 10 seconds.
NOTES:
*You need arcane blacksmithing to craft the Ocarina.
*The Ocarina occupies biped object 48 and will unequip any item using that slot.
*All songs other than Epona's Song are powers so you can only use them once per day.
*The Songs are only playable while the Ocarina is equipped.
*There is currently no 'playing' animation.
*Unequipping the Ocarina will remove the songs from your Powers tab.
Once you have the arcane smithing perk you go to the smelter and craft a Timeshift Ingot out of 1 Moonstone Ingot and 1
Potion of Ultimate Magicka. Then you go to the forge and craft the
Ocarina out of the Timeshift Ingot.
BUGS:
*If you unequip then re-equip the ocarina, the cooldowns on the songs will reset. So don't do that.(directly from the description on the steam mod page)
