Where to find them?
The potions are found in faringar's study in dragon reach in Whiterun, i made a sack with lots of them in on his desk. Also there are some on his shelf by the doorway.

Compatibility
It does not work on certain magic such as race abilities, and the player start spells. To remove those you need a separate mod. (Additional spells that use quests to be constantly added like weathersense in frostfall, will be added back in automatically so they will not be removed.). However the vast majority of spells in the game (inclueding most spells added in by mods) will be removable.
Why make this mod?
All the spell removal mods i found added in spells themselves, and they only ever took care of either powers or hand spells, because the removal spell needed to be equipped some how itself. I think the idea of installing a mod that adds a spell, to remove a spell, then uninstalling that mod to remove the spell removal spell, to not be very appealing. So i thought, hey why not make a potion instead? i could drink it then no more spell poof, it could remove both powers and hand spells because the potion itself wasn't equipped, and there is no need to uninstall the mod once the spell is removed because its just potions. i could just drink them all or sell them if i dont want to see them any more.
