I have searched and searched for something simple and direct, but there is no cam to see the front view of your character while moving in Skyrim, not really.

Nothing required except a mouse capable of executing a macro.  I use a Logitech G600 now, but I've also used this technique with a Razer Naga Epic.  I was very pleased with how fast and effective it was in-game.  You'll have to create the macro manually, but it's not hard.  Just use your mouse software.

Started out with 0.03 second delay
(each key you press shows a down and an up, I put a 
0.01 second delay between the downs and ups
and 0.02 between each letter.
At the end of the word ANIMCAM I put a 0.03 second 
delay, pressed enter and then delayed a tenth of a second 
before exiting with the enter/exit console command.

Basically what it is typing is

It is taking less than 1 second to execute when assigned to a button on 
the mouse in the logitech gaming software for the G600 mouse (I use the G7 button and it works pretty well). 

The macro commands look something like this:
