This mod adds a Nordic ruin across the river from Riverwood. This ruin is very simple and has two Necromancers, and one Fire Mage that call it home. SImple and fits rather well into the surrounding area. Inside the tomb there is a arcane enchanter and an alchemy lab. All three of the warlocks are either asleep or hard at work, allowing you to sneak in and kill them silently.
