I thought it was strange that Stalhrim wasn't better than Ebony and Glass (besides weight) when it takes more work to get, so I increased the base damage of every stalhrim weapon by 1 and increased the rating of the heavy cuirass by 1. I didn't touch the light armor because it was already better than glass.

It's still not as good as Dragonbone of course.

Obviously requires Dragonborn.
