SceneGG made a sorting mod base on mine for SSE here. I don't play Skyrim anymore so I can't endorse it myself, you're going to have to check it out.

Description:
Eclips3's mod is the sorting mod I personally use but he has since abandoned it so I decided to finish and polish it. It renames ammunition, books, ingredients, misc items, poisons, potions, scrolls, soul gems and spells. It's a much needed improvement in my opinion since it saves you a lot of time and also looks better.

I have made compatibility patches for all the mods I use which required it. You're free to suggest a mod you want to see a patch made for but I won't make any promises. Currently, I don't use PerMa or Requiem so I don't have patches for that (they may not even require it) but hopefully i"ll get around to those soon. I have also sorted the items added by new mods, these can be installed as optionals.

Requirements:
Requires the latest version of Skyrim (Version 1.9.32.0.8) and all official DLCs. My mod also explicitly requires the USKP and I recommend you use the other unofficial patches. I don't have any desire to maintain a bunch of different version without those requirements, I apologize if this is a problem.

Compatibility:
Mods that don't need patches:
  • USKP, UDGP, UHFP & UDBP
  • ABT - Not compatible with the progressive/increased damage modules. I feel like CCO and WAF do a better job at this. If you disagree install his better sorting option and load ABT after my mod.
Patches that are available with the installer:

Installation:
Use NMM or MOLOOT will probably suffice but keep in mind that my mod should be at the very least farther down the list than the mods listed in the compatibility section.

Uninstallation:
Use NMM or MO.
