NOTE: The images may show the two hand weaponry being much stronger then the one hand weapons, but that is only because the images were taken on a 2-Handed Weapon built character with a few two handed weapon damage increasing items.

A bit of a small mod, it is my first skyrim mod I have made, this mod makes skyforge steel a bit stronger, after all it is supposed to be legendary right?

Every time I went through the companions questline I always found myself with a glass tier+ weapon(mainly because I put alot of my time into smithing and are usually level 20-25 or so with 75-100 smithing before I start companions) before ever begining the questline, since in vanilla skyforge steel is on par with elven items in terms of damage, it made skyforge steel useless to me.

So I made this mod, it buffs skyforge steel by making its damage on par with ebony, yes ebony, because skyforge steel is "legendary steel" is it not? So why must it be on par with pitiful little elven weaponry why isnt it stronger?

This mod also adds a skyforge steel mace and warhammer, they can be bought from Eourlund Gray-Mane at the skyforge, he has 10 of both for sale, I don't know how to make them only available after joining the companions like the other skyforge steel weapons, but if you want to be fair with the game, don't buy them until the other skyforge steel weapony become available, just to be fair.

The new warhammer and mace are also both upgradable, like the other skyforge steel weapons, same requirements too, steel ingot + steel smithing perk.

The weight and value of all skyforge steel weaponry is unchanged, the new mace and warhammer value is around the same as the rest of the skyforge steel weaponry.

As for compatibility, I doubt it is compatible with any mods that change the overall stats of skyforge steel weapons, but if it is just a mod that only changed steel weapon textures then it might work, I don't know because I never tried. :P
