In this nice big playerhome you can adopt up to four children and eight people can sit down to eat at the same time. It's behind the first ruined house in Winterhold, so any mod that makes Winterhold a bigger city is most likely not compatible with this mod, unfortunately you have to choose. There is an oven so you can bake things for your children. In the basement there is an alchemy table, an arcane enchanter, all smithing stuff, a woodchopping box, some containers and two dummys. You have all nine shrines also. Upstairs in the tower there is a nice relaxing garden. You can't however go up outside to the top of the lighthouse. Requires Heathfire and Dawnguard DLCs.

Tested with Rebuild Winterhold mod, Winterhold Cliff House, and Winterhold walls mod, all can be used together. (It was not me who tested it.)

Version4: the two square planters in the attic are now plantable, you can now sit on one side of the master bed (not the one facing directly to the wall obviously), and in the dining room now there is a christmas tree (you can toggle on and off the ornaments any time by activating the planter, initially they are toggled off). Also now there is a new bathroom. It has a trapdoor in the cellar next to the arcane enchanter. The bathroom makes npcs naked, although the player has to undress manually.
