The vanilla pale wood mannequins creep me out, so here's a dark leather version. Will probably revisit when the creation kit comes out and change the mannequin model up into more poses, etc.
If you prefer female mannequins, open console then click on a mannequin. Type "sexchange" without the quotes. Save your game and when you reload all mannequins should be female.
