Need a new character?
Can't be bothered with all that leveling and grinding?
Then, boy are you in luck!
Only 5 years too late is my new batch file!
Simply download it with NMM or place into your Skyrim's data directory, then when you start up your game, type "bat perks" to run it.
So, now save yourself all that grind time or tedious console entries, you filthy, filthy cheater/mod tester!
