True Strength V1.0
Summary:
Inspired by the mod Pumping Iron by Gopher, True Strength attempts to bring back the strength attribute from previous TES games. Like with Pumping Iron, as the player skills that would affect muscle growth increase, the physical appearance of the Player’s character will slowly change over time. True Strength goes beyond that. Now the PC’s base carry weight will  also change with their physical appearance, as will damage bonus to melee and unarmed combat. With special caveats to Vampires and Werewolfs.

How it works

For each point in the player character's advancement those skills that would affect muscle growth( Heavy Armor, Two Handed, Block etc.), an amount is added to Muscle Training. How much is added is dependent on what skill is increased, and how rested the player is.
---------------------------------------
TwoHanded 0.9
OneHanded 0.5
Block   0.4
HeavyArmor0.8
LightArmor 0.25
Smithing     0.3
Marksman   0.1
---------------------------------------
Lover's       15% Bonus
Well Rested10%
Rested  5%

Not Tired*    0%
Tired*      -50%  ( Halved )
---------------------------------------

* PC is considered Tired after 24 hours without sleep.

Muscle Growth is achieved during sleep. For every hour of sleep 1 point of Muscle Training is applied to muscle growth or Strength. The amount that Strength actually increases is derived from how close the PC is to the maximum strength of 100. The formula used is one in which the closer you get to the target the harder it is to get there.

Atrophy is the affect of losing muscle mass due to a sedentary life( or disease) . In other word use it or lose it. In True Strength if you don't have any progression in any of the a fore mentioned skills, the Atrophy level will start to grow. When the player sleeps that value will be subtracted from the Muscle Training value and applied to Strength. If Muscle Training gows negative the player will start losing Strength. ( If you use it let me know how well it works.)

Vampirism Affect - if selected then the Player will not accumulate Muscle Training and cannot grow new muscle. However they can't lose any either and receives a generous boost to Strength.

WereWolf Affect - if selected the the Player will not accumulate Muscle Training as quickly, but does receive a slight increase in strength due to their beast blood.

One brief note on Unarmed damage bonus. The Monitor shows the actual Unarmed Damage this includes the bonus. In the vanilla game this value is 4 for all characters. Keep this in mind when setting its max bonus. Otherwise you may get into a brawl with a Orc chief and one hit wonder him, because your unarmed damage is 100 and his is still at 4.

MCM ( requires SkyUI)
True Strength also has a configuration menu, in which most of the features of True Strength are configurable. Note: that if you plan on installing True Strength onto an already saved game, you will need access to the MCM menu to activate True Strength. Additionally, you may need to go into the MCM menu once to get True Strength's MCM to register, then back again to activate.
The MCM menu should also give a brief description of each of the monitored values and features available.

Compatibility
Any mod the attempts to do something similar will conflict, this includes Pumping Iron since they both affect some of the same things. Any mod that dynamically changes the PC carry weight value will likely conflict. Other than that the only possible issue I can think of is; if another mod changes the game setting fLevelUpCarryWeightMod, True Strength sets this value to 0 ( for you Requiem fans, Requiem also sets it to 0 so no worries there).
Other than that, If you find one let me know.

Suggestions and Improvements:
Coming soon...perhaps; a change in mind about dynamically applying bonus's and carry weights to attackers and followers...maybe no promises I'll research it this fall. Otherwise, I have some good ideas for future releases.
