This is a Black vampire eye texture for Dawnguard with resolution of 512x512 so it's not HD but it's big enough too look good, if everyone's eyes are not black then you either don't have Dawnguard or there is another problem. INSTALL with NMM or manualy copy texture folder to Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data      UNINSTALL just delete these two files (eyevampire_01 eyevampire_02) in Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\textures\actors\character\eyes

 Oh and I'm using the textures from the awesome mod called eye overhaul that has tottaly disappeared from the wed so sorry for that, if you wan't me to remove the file I will do so
