BULLY'S NPCS
Some extra NPCs for your game
Walking through the various towns, villages and other settlements around Skyrim, I thought to myself, "Why aren't the bigger towns of holds more bustling, with evidence to show why they preside over a Hold?" Surely if Whiterun is the trade capital of the province, then surely many more people would be drawn to it, seeking money, work, and goods? Why aren't Solitude and Windhelm alive with garrisons of soldiers, with obvious signs that a war is in full flow?
So, I have gone about making a mod to fills these gaps. Starting with Whiterun, each city in Skyrim will be stocked upo with NPCs, some generic, some unique, to give the feel that Skyrim isn't just an empty place with a few conflicts, and that the province is alive, full of people seeking to trade goods, sell their sword arms, and protect you with their lives!
While this mod is still in the very early stages of development, this mod will expand rapidly, and hopefully I will be able to provide the modding community with a mod and concept that I really want to see in the game.
