Scrolling Speed by Arindel
Description:
Adjust your running or walking speed using your mouse wheel scroll real-time. The binds are changeable if you wish to have them elsewhere instead of wheel scroll.
This mod is intended for players who use keyboard and mouse since players using a controller already have that functionality.
Make sure to read Author notes. Technical stuff you have to understand.

Since there was no way (that I know of) to disable the default function of the Mouse Wheel which is Camera Zoom with script, I had to resort to this mod:

Using it is not a requirement, but the Zoom functions had to be moved to PageUp and PageDown.
No worries, you can use Modifier+Wheel to change zoom (by Default).
If you wish to revert the zoom function to mouse wheel, go to:
"...\Skyrim\Data\Interface\Controls\PC" and delete"controlmap.txt".
You have to change the binds in the mod if you do that though because it's not reliable to have both functions in the wheel.
PS: This is removed automatically if you uninstall using NMM.
Requirements:
Requires latest SKSE and SkyUI 4.1.
Installation:
Copy the content of the archive in DATA and enable the .esp file in Launcher. Use NMM for easier installation.
In game, wait for MCM to say Registered 1 menu(s). If it doesn't appear, try reloading the game.
After it appears in MCM, enable it. It starts DISABLED by default.
Uninstallation:
BEFORE YOU UNINSTALL IT, MAKE SURE IT'S DISABLED IN MCM MENU.
I'm not responsible for repercusions if you don't do that.
Known bugs:
-Not tested, but can be seen from a mile away:
Possible conflicts with spells or mods that slowdowns the player. Don't change speed while that happens.
