This is my first mod so any help or criticism you can provide is greatly appreciated.

This is a very simple and modest player home located in the Riften Canal. I made this because I couldn't find a basic and simple house. The house itself has a bed, lots of safe storage (every container is safe), an alchemy station, and a cooking station.
