this mod fixes the weird jumping around that the prisoner cart does when ever you select new game in skyrim with a modded or heavily modded game,this mod is inspired by Cart Carriage Havok Patch for SOS and other Mods by UniqueOne here on the nexus his deals with Touring Carriages by DayDreamer also here on the nexus. While mine is just for the beginning sequence that the player is travelling in a prisoner cart to helgen, this does not fix anything else but that which i stated above.
i have tried this fix on 5 new games and it worked every time with some small glitches that does fix its self
the front horse and cart will bounce around some, but straightened its self out.
this mod only uses one original Skyrim mesh
