Proper Interesting NPCs with Amazing Follower Tweak Compatibility Patch (P.I.N.A.F.)

Attempts to proper fix issues with followers from Interesting NPCs for Amazing Follower Tweak users.

Fixes:
- iNPC followers who were dismissed by "dismiss but hang around here" would refuse to refollow you by stating you have too many followers already.
- iNPC followers who were dismissed by "dismiss but hang around here" would simply do nothing while saying they would follow you now.
- iNPC followers who were dismissed or told to wait would stay in follow mode forever.

Install this on top if the AFT_iNPCFix_1_00 provided by Amazing Follower Tweak in the optional files.

Note:
The fix itself are modified script files to support a proper of iNPC characters ( NO ESP ).

Known bugs to squash:
- Meresine is supposed to leave your party if you travel with her to High Hrothgar. So far her dialogue for that event kicks in but after that she still      follows you and is UNDISMISSABLE after that.
