Hiya, I'm new to skyrim modding and heres my very first mod! Aak's magenerf!

Ever growed tired to those annoying mages who spam nukes from their op hands? Well I have a mod for ya. I have just adjusted 3 settings for them, combat regen, magic cost multiplier and skill cost scale to be near human ranges. it nerfs them that they cant keep infiwards or spam fireballs at machine gun rate.. didnt touch anything else so it "Should" be combatible with other mods. I have tested it with Skyre and asis, didnt CTD :P anyways feedback is very welcome if it needs some balancing. I'll try to get this in steam as soon as I figure out how. Please leave feedback if you feel this is too hard nerf for those poor wizards, I'll mke adjustments based on feedback.

For clarification: this nerf only affects npc mages. I did small adjustment to PC's combat regen, I increased it from 33% to 45%

INSTALLATION: NMM or just extract esp to data folder. should be very bottom in load order.
