In the spirits of the latest happenings - I've added a mod to this site. It is an NPC scouting around the Drunken Huntsman. There's not much to him, he's a like-able fellow member of society, ready to strike a deal with any passerby. For this mod you require the $75 dollar version of Skyrim, as well as Horse Armor DLC. Super lore-friendly with lots of more content if you buy the extended version on Steam Workshop! Only $13 dollars!

Really it's just all a big joke, basically - Steam added a "Pay for mods" system for the Skyrim workshop where they thought that taking Seventy-five percent off of all the earnings that the modders got was fair. I say nay, it is quite the opposite. MODDERS, TO WAR!

On more positive notes - It is an NPC voiced by me, sorry for the low microphone, but I did not take the time to be overly serious about this one. You know how it is. (Also - FIRST SKYRIM MOD! - No Requirements except for Skyrim itself of course.)
