About this mod
I am italian "modder" and pardon me for some mistakes and this is my second try to create a mod so be gentle please.

in the picture you see dress and the armor that you will not find with my mod ii can't load the with the creation kit so if you want the character like mine you should download the mod below and give them to the NPC.
Probably you will find Tyrion naked or Ned Stark with his original name (Ulfric) i am working on it.
If you have any suggestions let me know with a comment.
I have improved and modified the mod but I have also changed some NPC's appearance like Saadia,Gerdur,Alvor ecc but i've only cleaned their face from dirt or scars so if you want you can download the uploaded mod or you can just download the previous version
