INTRODUCTION
This mod simply makes the slow-motion effect of the Quickreflex perk from Blocking tree 3 times faster. 

In the vanilla Skyrim, the slow-motion effect was too strong, which lead to 2 problems:

• First, it makes shield bashing to cancel the enemy's power attack TOO easy.
• Second, by default, the duration of the slow-motion effect is 1 second. However, because of how slow it is, it will result in the slow-motion effect ending BEFORE the enemy's attack finish. 
  For example: Block -> Enemy attacks -> Slow-mo starts -> Slow-mo ends -> Enemy attack suddenly become faster mid swing.
  
  

This simple mod makes: 

• Shield bashing now require more player skill compare to vanilla.
• Enemy power attack and the slow-motion effect is now synced A.K.A slow-motion for the full swing.
  

HUGE gameplay improvement for shield user. Hardcore mod with extra damage multiply tweak is recommended. 
No script, minimal file size.

Compatibility
It will NOT be compatible with any mod that modify the slow-motion effect of the perk. And of course, will also not compatible with any mod that remove the perk.
I only modified the slow-motion effect of the specific perk. Any other ability with slow-motion effect such as the slow-time shout should not be affected.

Requirement and Installation/Uninstallation
Skyrim is REQUIRED! You must have Skyrim in order for this mod to work properly!

To install, copy and Paste the "Quickreflextweak.esp" in your Data folder, which is located in your Skyrim directory. 

To uninstall, just delete the .esp file.
