ON THE 100TH DOWNLOAD I WILL UPDATE THE 0.3 FILE IMMEDIATELY. ON THE 150TH I WILL UPDATE THE 0.4 VERSION IMMEDIATELY AND SO ON UNTIL IT'S EITHER COMPLETE. (if i never reach those goals they'll be updated anyways just on my own time ,but I'm making sure to keep myself from being lazy again.)
Although incomplete it still works ,so if you want a town in Markarth (pretty much inside sky-haven temple.) ,A town in Whiterun ,A town in Riften ,A town in solitude ,and a town in Dawnstar you can get it now! It's going to take a while to complete ,but once it's complete believe me you're gonna wanna try it.

CONTENTS
This mod will soon add a town to every hold in Skyrim. If there are any glitches please let me know. If you think i sucked at it tell me why so i can help change it and become a better modder in the future. Soon a quest will be added for Milserville ,and factions for the villagers and gangsters will be added to give it more color. If you haven't discovered sky haven temple yet and it kicks you out of the area where the door to Milserville is simply put this in the console "coc milservill" vill not ville. This mod now contains a lot of joke things so be prepared for weirdness (Don't worry it's only within the towns.). This mod also is slowly becoming very dungeon based-once again only within towns-so look around!
BUGS
I'm aware that the Inn keeper in Mukkan Won't let you rent a room ,and the bard won't play music ,but these (I consider) are more minor bugs that I will work on in the future. The first time you enter Milserville it might crash ,but sadly i can't fix this it was incredibly grueling building Milserville im not willing to rebuild it (,but my friend might be...). Milserville won't crash upon a second attempt though.

I would not appreciate you just coming in and taking my work ,and getting credit for it. You can use my mod in your mods if you want just give credit where it's due ,same if you just edit it into something else.
