I don't know if anyone else noticed but I found it super annoying to control the third person camera during Slow Time effects like the shout or Quick Reflexes perk. So I made a small plugin that should improve the situation.
This patches game code so that third person camera uses timer independent of game time multiplier and shouldn't lag as much. There is still an issue with mouse sensitivity being much lower when you are moving your character and trying to turn at the same time, I think this issue comes from animations and I'm not sure how to fix that yet.
This is a SKSE plugin and requires SKSE. There is no ESP, so the mod can be uninstalled safely if you find some problems.
