Currently broken, Stops you from leveling past a user defined level.

If this breaks your game, its your own fault.
So I made a mod that you can choose to have your level stop but still get experience.
It works by changing the game setting fXPLevelUpBase once you reach the desired level.
This in affect makes it so you stop leveling. This part actually works rather well, You set what level you want to stop at, You level normally until you get to that level and no more leveling even if your in the skills menu with more than enough experience. Once you get to that level, the experience bar goes to zero basically. I just set the fXPLevelUpBase very very high, once that level is reached.
Problem is when you want to go back to leveling, the game doesn't recognize that you have enough experience to level.
It seems like it does, as the experience bar is full, but if you gain more skill levels, it doesn't actually trigger the level up on the skills menu.
Ive attempted to reduce the current experience to zero, reduce a skill to level 1 and relevel until you get a new level. That didn't work it would seem like it did, as you would get the level up and the sound. Going into the skills menu it acted just like your experience went over with no actual level up window.
Nothing I have tried has been able to fix this. Hoping someone else can take a look and suggest a solution.
