I upload this file for those who play a modded skyrim with Perkus Maximus .
I used many mods but those witch are important  to have are these :
Perkus Maximus ( obviously )
ASIS
Ningheim Race 
Random Alternate Start
Ish's Respec Mod ( for resetting Levels if you want )
Character Creation Overhaul 
  And  Dargonborn & Dawnguard DLCs
 of course you can change your my character completely using showracemenu command and   Resetting Levels by Ish's Respec Mod.
I used many armor and weapon mods so you might need to repatch Perkus Maximus.
