This mod adds a spell tome which will allow you to learn a "Summon Wisp Mother" spell

Summon Wisp Mother
This mod places a small cave just upriver from Dragonbridge. The cave is the den of a couple of wisp mothers, and is the home of the only spell tome in Skyrim that will teach you "Summon Wisp Mother"
This is a compliment mod to "Wisp Mother Retexture" by billyro, which came out a few months ago, and did pretty well.
I liked the work he did, and the new retex is impressive (recommend it), but it was a little disappointing how seldom you run across a wisp mother.
So, I created this spell for my own use so that his work didn't go to such waste (sorry if that's mean, I don't mean for it to be).
Now, with this spell, I can summon a wisp whenever I like, and now you can too!
The summoned wisp mother has a new spell all her own! I gave her a "summon ice wraith" spell to compliment her icy personality.
She also has her usual spell set, plus "heal other"... she doesn't use them much, but sometimes she does =)
The cave is on the top of the waterfall on the east side of the river, south of Dragonbridge. The picture shows exactly where it is on the map, and the other picture shows the view of the dragon bridge from the cave. You should be able to find it. It isn't labeled on the map, because it's not supposed to be.. Find It!
Version 1.2 - Changes the wisp mother to conjurer combat type, making her use her summon ice wisp more often, but will still cast destruction spells.
Also, I dropped the level from 45 to 25 to make the spell more balanced. The cost didn't justify the level of the summon before, but now it's about right.
"Wisp Mother Retexture" is not required for this mod, and no resources from it were used, but I'd still like to credit billyro for his work, which convinced me to make this.
