Isn't it silly that Lucan won't take the claw back until you learn the shout and find the dragonstone?  I thought he wanted this claw back.  And what about Farengar, if you have the stone in your inventory he won't even taken it unless you've made some progress with Lucan.  This fixes both.  This is particularly useful for people that don't want to play as the dragonborn.

• starting the claw quest
• killing arvel and getting the claw
• returning the claw to lucan
• getting the quest from farengar
• stealing the claw back
