This turns Shadowmere into, uh... Sha-derp-mere? I don't know, you can think of a witty name on your own.
It's based on this mod by zdzichorowerzysta and this image by PixelKitties.
Derpy comes in two flavors, chocolate and regular.
If you have a mod that increases horse speed, you can double the fun by using setscale 0.5 on Shadowmere to shrink it to pony size.
