A big mushroom that can be used as house, with interior and a mysterious cave.
There are also some new (static) plants and a fence kit with ivy.

(No Smurfs included)

For an overview a demo esp is added. You can find the mushroom house west of Lake Ilinalta in the woods between Halfmoon Mill and Hunter's Rest.  
This demo house and location is only a showcase, it is not furnished and the interior is not navmeshed so you cannot bring a follower with you.
