Takes away the leveling aspect of Skyrim's enemies. Dungeons and Dungeon Loot will still be leveled.

This mod also modifies the leveled list ratio so you are MORE LIKELY to be fighting lower level NPC's. This is so beginning characters don't get completely annihilated. However bosses will ALWAYS spawn at the highest possible level

This probably isn't the best mod to use on it's own but it's here if somebody wants it. as the name suggests I'm planning on integrating it into my upcoming overhaul: Fruitcake Overhaul

This mod REQUIRES all three DLC. However if you know how  you can remove the Hearthfires.esm as a master (no records were edited).

Installation: Manually install (its just an .esp file). I don't use NMM so  I don't know how it installs mods. I do use MO and know anybody manually installing will have no problems with it
