Description
Simple home that's organized and functional for people who hate dealing with chaotic storage. The house is fully functional and offers all basic utilities (most of them in the basement).
It is for free but it does not overpower your character. It is just a convenience for those sick of messing around with dysfunctional player homes.
Disclaimer (2018 Update)
I made this mod a long time ago and I'm not 100% sure I fixed its dependency on ETaC (though I'm pretty sure I did), and I never navmeshed the boardwalk, so followers will swim across the river to follow you.
I'm done with 32-bit Skyrim, so I don't see a reason to finalize this mod. Feel free to edit it and re-upload if you wish. I only ask that you credit me for the original work.
Here's my far superior SSE version: Riverwood Practical Home
Location
Just south of Riverwood along the road, it sits across the water. 2 fisherman and a hunter have set up camp there but they'll stay out of your way.
