Make your way to Haemar's Shame, in the mountains southeast of Riverwood. To the left of the cave entrance, behind some rocks, you will find an unusual nest and a journal. The journal will provide the backstory to this mod, while the nest will yield an egg. The egg will teach you the spell to summon the Demon Chicken (it will be located in the BOOKS section of your inventory). Invoco Pullum Diabolus is an Apprentice level Conjuration spell, and will benefit from the relevant Conjuration perks.
Despite its limitations (on account of Skyrim chickens having no combat animations), the Demon Chicken will charge into battle and absorb health from your opponents. Even when it dies, its curse will linger on, leaving affected enemies more vulnerable to physical attacks for a few seconds.
