This is nothing but an INI configuration file for Skyrim -Community- Uncapper that disables all (including the uncapping) but one feature: the Perk Points adjustment on each increase of character level, increasing it from the default +1 to +2.  That is all it does, no level uncapping, nothing else.  The purpose is to make people aware of this capability.

When the time comes that one wants to use more of the features of Uncapper, the S.T.E.P. Project Wiki has a tutorial explaining each of the features in considerable detail. The INI file itself has embedded comments that are probably explanatory enough for people familiar with such things, but the Wiki guide is more thorough.

My motive for publishing this file is nothing more than to make new users of Skyrim, or those new to using mods with it, aware of some of the more arcane features of Elys' Uncapper mod.  It can do much more than simply uncap the experience level as its name declares, but by default all the extra features are disabled and also relatively hidden in an INI file; Uncapper lacks a user-friendly MCM menu.  Lately have seen no less than two new mods that singularly duplicate two of those specific extra features; this INI configures Uncapper to duplicate the purpose of one of those exactly while preserving Uncapper's extra flexibility for the future when a user might realize he needs it.  While the extremely narrow focus of these new mods I mentioned may be fine for experienced players who know without question they will never want the uncapped experience levels or any of the other features of Uncapper, there might be many people who would choose them out of ignorance, not knowing of Uncapper or its flexibility.  I personally discovered that flexibility entirely by accident: another mod I really wanted required it and I installed it without careful inspection.  Hopefully the existence of this dedicated
INI file will increase awareness and curiosity, make mod choices better informed, and thus also make endorsements better informed as well.

Dependencies/Required:

SKSE (required by Uncapper)
Skyrim -Community- Uncapper

Installation:

There is no special installer.  It may be decompressed manually into the Skyrim folder, or it may be downloaded or imported as a file into Nexus Mod Manager for easier management.  The result is the same: a file named SKSE_Elys_Uncapper.ini will either be created or overwrite an existing file in \Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\.  If you are also installing the prerequisite Uncapper for the first time for this purpose, please do so first (along with its requirement) and then allow this INI file to overwrite.  If you use Nexus Mod Manager for the whole process, it will preserve the original default INI file and restore it should you decide to keep Uncapper but uninstall this.  If manual installation is chosen, this file will overwrite the original SKSE_Elys_Uncapper.ini; you may want to preserve the original file for comparative or restoration purposes before it is overwritten by this one.

Uninstallation:

If NMM is used, simply uninstall this with the provided control, and the default Uncapper INI file will be restored.    If manual installation was chosen, how you proceed will depend upon whether you intend to keep using Uncapper or also remove it: if removing both is desired then simply uninstall Uncapper via NMM, but if Uncapper is kept then replace SKSE_Elys_Uncapper.ini with the original file from Uncapper (which hopefully you archived as suggested for just this purpose).

Credit:

Credit is entirely due to Elys.  I was tempted to disable endorsement of this entirely, but that might make it much harder to find and thus limit its purpose to educate about Uncapper features.  Don't thank me for anything except the information sharing.  Have I forgotten anything?  Any criticism for errors or oversights should be directed to me in the Comments.
