Ever get annoyed ata courier who decides to appear and engage you in dialogue while you
are attacked or any other random NPCs for that matter?
This should stop that (beta).

What does it do? It stops the courier from engaging you in a dialogue box as well as other random NPCs, you will still be able to talk to the courier, by activating him if you want the mail. Helps eliminate unwanted random quests, which are often forced on you by some random npc; making those ones you chose or ignore, should work well and compliment other mods, like the choice is yours and timeing is everything, which can be found here in the nexus.

A side effect ofdoing it this way, is that it lets you chose, when to start the
quests that the courier has or other Npcs who force conversation with
your PC, for example, stopping Brynjolf doing this allows you chose
when to do the thieves guild quest or even ignore it all together.

Update 0.3

Removed most forceddialogues in BYOH, removed Forced dialogue after killing giant by
Aela, DA02 Cultist will no longer force conversation, Feralda no
longer forces dialogue on bridge to college, Viarmo will no longer
force dialogue on entering the bards college, Suvanis will no longer
force dialogue when entering Windhelm, guard will no longer force
dialogue at the gate of Whiterun (walk up and talk to him when you
want to enter).

I forgot to mentionthat 0.2 also removed Brynjolf from forcing your pc into a
conversation, to start the thieves guild quest, there are two
methods, talk to Brynjolf and initiate the quest or talk to Maul who
will force conversation with your pc as he/she enters riften and ask
about the guild the quest will trigger directing your pc to Brynjolf,
to avoid it completely, do neither and talk to Keerava the Bee and
Barb inn keeper, instead of Brynjolf when doing the cornered rat
quest.

Update 0.4

Removed the inn servants from forcing dialogue, you can still talk to them if you want something.
