I'm a noob and this is my first upload, so bear with me.

She can be found at the Bannered Mare in Whiterun, or the Winking Skeever in Solitude if you download the older file, but I have found that she is more likely to appear in the Bannered Mare.
If she doesn't appear, open the console and type "help SueAnn" and hit enter. find the ID then type "player.placeatme (ID number) 1" and hit enter.
