If you are like me and mod your Skyrim until it dies and have to make a new player every other day then I think I have something that will help you. In vanilla game I made a character with all skills maxed and all perks unlocked. This is not if you want to actually develop a character but want to test mods or just mess around.
Index: Save 5: Helgen Keep Save 6: Guardian Stones (Probably won't need them) Save 7: Riverwood, Bleak Falls Barrow cleared, Golden Claw and Dragonstone already in inventory.
