Neutral:
Alchemy, enchanting and smithing = 100 with all perks
Player level = +38 (as you had done skill)
Magicka = +120
Stamina = +120
Healt = +130
Grand Soul Gem = 20
Blacksmith's Elixir = 20
Enchanter's Elixir = 20

Rogue file:
Alchemy, enchanting and smithing = 100 with all perks
Player level = +38 (as you had done skill)
Magicka = +30
Stamina = +30
Healt = +310
Grand Soul Gem = 20
Blacksmith's Elixir = 20
Enchanter's Elixir = 20
All Glass Armor set and Weapon for rogue

Warrior file: 
Alchemy, enchanting and smithing = 100 with all perks
Player level = +38 (as you had done skill)
Stamina = +50
Healt = +320
Grand Soul Gem = 20
Blacksmith's Elixir = 20
Enchanter's Elixir = 20
All Orcish Armor set and Weapon for warrior

Mage file:
Alchemy, enchanting and smithing = 100 with all perks
Player level = +38 (as you had done skill)
Magicka = +100
Healt = +270
Grand Soul Gem = 20
Blacksmith's Elixir = 20
Enchanter's Elixir = 20
College Robes, Gloves, Novice Hood and Boots

1) Extract and put the file in the your skyrim .DIR
2) Open Console Commands in game with ~ or \ or `
3) Write: bat maxskill
N.B.: The stats modified are green. It is recommended to play Novice mode for the first time!
