What does it do?

- Unlevels traps (most traps now do maximum damage except for spell traps which do mid-level)
- Adds ragdoll effect to trap walls and battering rams.
- Increases force of explosion and length of burn by oil lamp explosions
- Adds chance of knockdown in explosions
- Adds back in chance for some traps ex. bear traps to cause disease (the code is there but the implementation was left out)
